Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A high school social
worker position is available to provide leave coverage from April 1
to May 26, 2026. This on-site role requires managing the high
school caseload and supporting students' social, emotional, and
behavioral needs within the school environment. Location: Arlington
Heights, IL Setting: High School Duration: Leave coverage
(Contract) Hours: 35 per week Positions: 1 Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct social work services to high school students,
including counseling, crisis intervention, and case management
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support
student well-being and academic success Assist with developing and
implementing individualized support plans Connect students and
families with community resources and services Maintain accurate
records and documentation in compliance with school policies
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Professional Educator License
(PEL) required Proof of relevant degree in social work or related
field Previous experience working as a school social worker
preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
handle sensitive situations with professionalism and
