Customer Experience Representative for my client, you'll be the

answers, and thoughtful communication. Your work will keep

Process inbound orders and verify pricing, minimums, freight terms,
approvals, and licenses. Communicate backorders, alternatives, and
additional charges. Track, update, and resolve daily tickets in
HubSpot. Support customer inquiries on orders, products,
troubleshooting, and finance issues. Coordinate closely with Sales
and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate fulfillment. Escalate issues
when needed and balance customer needs with company policy. About
You Be able to do the job as described. Comfortable using CRM and
ERP systems like HubSpot and Microsoft Business Central.
Experienced with medical devices or medical product environments.
Strong professional communication and polished phone etiquette.
Preferably familiar with EDI order processing or international
shipments.
