Compensation: $30 hourly closing bonus Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Communicate with clients and potential clients Attend showings Provide prompt feedback Attending home inspections, pre-closing walkthroughs, and closings The team lead would handle drafting contracts and negotiating to take the sale through the closing Qualifications: Present yourself in a professional manner Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies To be a Showing Assistant in Wisconsin, you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker.
