As a Sales & Design Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers bring their flooring visions to life. From the first consultation to final installation, you'll guide their journey with confidence and care. What You’ll Do: - Welcome and engage customers in-store, over the phone, and on-site. - Understand their needs and recommend stylish, functional flooring solutions. - Provide clear project estimates and timelines. - Coordinate installations and ensure top-notch follow-through. - Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional experience. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly Responsibilities: - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market - Conduct final negotiations and close sales while observing established pricing and profit targets - Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines. - Develop and maintain meaningful connections with clients, old and new, to boost retention rates and sales. - Collaborate with internal teams, such as installers and customer service, to ensure a smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. - High level of awareness of market development, product releases, and competitors. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. - Identify and prospect potential customers. Qualifications: - Competence with customer relationship management (CRM) and other sales tools - 1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a similar sales role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets - To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills - Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as required to customers' locations. - Eligible to work in the United States. - This position required a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); with additional schooling (Certificate, associate or bachelor's degree) in design, communications or business management. - Prior experience in sales is a bonus!
