• Delivering sales pitches to develop your book of business
• Calling customers daily and following up on potential opportunities
• Communicating with Operations to track loads
• Calling carriers regularly to secure equipment
• Quoting customers and providing current information
• Contributing to new business growth
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Collaborating with team members in a supportive environmentQualifications we seek:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
