Job Description This role is a HYBRID work environment Position
Summary This role is a mix of Sales and Customer Support. You will
start in Customer Support and grow into both Support and Inside
sales. You will assist in on-boarding new users, tackle emails,
support inquiries, and phone calls as you assist our Enterprise
solutions teams. You will develop a deep understanding of the
RatePlug application and work closely with RatePlug's sales, tech
and leadership teams. As you transition into Inside Sales, you will
be responsible for engaging with Leads, through pre-scheduled
appointments as well as making outbound phone calls to potential
Loan Originators (Leads) that have been referred to RatePlug. You
will follow up to develop a monthly pipeline, qualifying
opportunities, and managing the sales cycle to a successful close.
Essential Responsibilities With our unique business model, every
lead has been referred to us by their Realtor partners. The inside
sales process has been developed to connect potential users to our
product, through ongoing cultivation. The skills required for this
job are as follows: Clearly communicate and demonstrate our value
proposition to the customer. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual
individual sales revenue goals. Be willing to make outbound phone
and email inquiries to Leads. This includes approximately 30-50
outbound calls per day. Qualify the lead and successfully share
with them the benefits associated with joining our program
Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections. Gain and
maintain product and competitive knowledge utilizing but not
limited to organized training, lunch and learns, internal technical
contacts and management team Required Skills & Experience Conduct
business dealings in a professional and proactive manner. Maintain
active communication with leads through scheduled email and phone
contact Position Requirements Proven track record as an Inside
Sales Representative including over-achievement of sales revenue
goals, and a strong desire to ensure customer success Understanding
of consultative sales process. SaaS or software sales selling to
the mortgage industry a bonus (not essential) Exemplary
communication skills and good business judgment are required.
