Description:* Manage 3-5 projects at once varying in size* Attend and participate in client meetings* Oversee the design development and schematic design and assist with renderings in SketchUp and Enscape* Oversee the construction document phase and assign tasks to drafters* Oversee construction administration* Coordinate MEP consultants* Coordinate with municipalities for permitting and zoning* Code Research* Lead Project Teams* Manage architectural interns and drafters* Participate in drafting construction documents in RevitAdditional Skills & Qualifications:* Degree in Architecture* Licensed Architect (will consider if exams are almost completed)* Must be local- this is an in office/hybrid role* 6-20 years of experience* Ability to produce construction documents in Revit* Commercial project experienceAbout Actalent:Actalent connects passion with purpose.
