About the role: As the Sr. Retirement Plans Analyst, you will report directly to the Retirement Plans Manager and be part of the Financial Benefits team. Your primary focus will be to oversee the day-to-day administration of the company's retirement programs, including 401(k), pension, and nonqualified plans, in compliance with the plan documents and Federal laws and regulations.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Retirement function ensuring that processes are documented, up-to-date, and efficient.
  • Research and respond to questions from payroll, locations, and vendors.
  • Be the primary resource for annual plan audits and Form 5500 filings.
  • Review weekly 401(k) contributions.
  • Calculate and/or review union pension contributions.
  • Administer annual non-qualified plan enrollment.
  • Prepare cost analysis for labor negotiations and business contract bids.
  • Ensure all required notices and materials are distributed to locations or employees in a timely manner.
  • Stay current on legislation impacting retirement plans.
  • Complete ad hoc analysis and tasks for retirement, compensation, HRIS, employee engagement surveys, and Rewards & Recognition.
    Other duties as requiredQualifications:Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
    • Strong analytic and quantitative skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • A collaborator with excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion and judgement.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Employee benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Retirement Benefits experience is a plus.
    • Travel requirement outside of immediate area (as a percent)

        • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
        • 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities.

        • Will be subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
