assists the HRIS Manager with the analysis, design and
implementation of changes or enhancements to the ADP Enterprise V5
HRIS system. - This position must also be able to evaluate current
processes and recommend software solutions by researching and
resolving simple to complex policy and transactional questions
related to HR administrative practices. - Develop complex data
reporting utilizing ADPR Reporting and Excel reporting tools. -
Collaborate with Finance, Benefits, Training, Safety, IT, etc. to
address business requirements and effective integration with other
systems and process across the organization.
- Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot technical information
and communicate it clearly to nontechnical audiences
- Creates and maintains accurate documentation - strong attention
to detail is required
- Incorporates customer service and professionalism into all
aspects of work and interactions with all levels of the
organization and external vendors
- Creates and maintains reports to support business processes,
assist in audits, provide workforce monitoring and delivers
managerial reporting for leadership team and parent company
- Ensures ADP Enterprise security for HR information through
established security protocol. Develops updates and modifies
security tables to ensure data integrity and system stability
- Creates and maintains positions within ADP Position
Management
- Assists in developing new HRIS process and procedures, and
provides documentation and training to the appropriate team
- Maintains confidentiality of all information Other duties as
required Education, Licensing, and Certifications: Education:
- This position requires college, university or equivalent degree
in Human Resources, Information Technology or 5 years of related
professional experience. Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant information systems experience
required
- Experience with ADP Enterprise is a plus Skills and Knowledge
Required:
- In depth knowledge of the ADP Enterprise V5 application or an
equivalent HRIS System Application - i.e. Ceridian, UltiPro or
PeopleSoft
- Systems or module implementation experience
- Project management training or demonstrated skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the
ability to develop and execute user training
- Ability to work well with all employees and departments
Travel requirement less than 10% Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Must submit to drug testing and a criminal background check
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as
needed.
- 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or
well-ventilated facilities.
- Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space
equipped with a telephone and computer.
