Job Title:

Coordinator - Inland Network Support & Depot Procurement

Role Summary:

Provides support and development for any Inland Operations Departments as well as having a focus on Depot procurement.

The Coordinator will be involved with the development & design of reports, tools, and processes for Inland Operations. They will also act as an escalation point to resolve depot invoice inquiries, depot agreements & rates, and monitoring of depot performances.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assists with the onboarding process for new and existing depots.
• Independently complete pre and post-planning for depot procurement/onboarding.
• Assist manager to oversee the depot procurement process.
• Resolve invoice disputes and escalations.
• Assist off-shore centers when No Rate on File issues arise
• Review and make necessary addition or changes to the filed Depot Agreements and TES Agreements

  • Develops and maintains a strong working relationship with key vendors.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
      
      Function Specific Required Skills and Competencies:
      
      • Attention to detail and accuracy
      • Ability to achieve high proficiency in ONE system, including OPUS
      • Advanced knowledge of pivot tables and formulas in MS Excel
      • Experience in liner operations/logistics industry, including experience in Operations with a focus on Depot ops
        
        Required Minimum Years Experience:
        
        • 2+ Years
          Required Minimum Education:
          
          • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
