Flatbed OTR Positions AvailableBenefits: Competitive Pay05 CPM
extra for oversized loads in states requiring night shut downHome
most weekends$250 minimum load payAverage 9,500 miles per monthAll
tractors are less than 3 years old$1,100 orientation pay for all
EXPERIENCED driversHealth, dental, vision, teledoc, short-term, and
life insuranceWe will cross train!Our operating area is 36 states:
I-35 and EastwardPaid vacation & ETO (Earned Time Off)Direct
deposit weekly100% eLogsRider policyDriver Referral Bonus$3,000 for
Experienced OTR Drivers onlyFirst installment paid 30 days after
issued truckEvery 30 days totaling 3 installments (3 month pay
out)Driver Requirements:Must be at least 23 years of ageA minimum
of 3-4 months verifiable and current over the road experience (OTR
= stay out all week / 5 or more states)-1 year is preferredValid
Class A CDLMust be registered with FMCSA Clearing HouseGood work
history-No more than 4-5 jobs in recent 3 year period-Must have
excellent MVR, DAC, PSP, Medical etcGood employment
verifications-Not accepting any NO to REHIRE in recent 3 year
period (any company including JC)Acceptable DAC report (see
above)No positive drug or alcohol
test-Pre-employment-Random-Post-accidentAcceptable MVR-No speeding
tickets over 18 mph-No reckless driving in the last 3 years-No DUI
convictions within current 3 years-No current suspension or history
of suspensionsNo more than 2 moving violationsAcceptable
PSP-Reasonable inspection violations (non driver related)Clean
CDRLong Term Trainee requirements- same as above, but
includes:Truck Driving School certificate copyTruck Driving School
