Key Responsibilities
Deliver customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System
Services
Perform scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and
prior-authorization
Provide financial counseling, cashiering, and customer service
support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service or healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge of insurance processes and financial counseling
Ability to adhere to departmental productivity and quality
standards
Willingness to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday
