Responsibilities:

Meet established new business production objectives to further the agency's overall financial goals
Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business
Build the skills and confidence necessary to achieve self-sufficiency as an insurance agent with your mentor
Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies
Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer's individual needs


Qualifications:

Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses
Strong leadership and communications skills are a must
One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial
Must successfully complete a background check
Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others
