Immediate call center openings with a growing and stable company Looking for individuals to start immediately!Job Duties includes but isn't limited to:---Answers 70+ incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.---Researches and troubleshoots customer inquiries.---Accurately documents detailed calls into system.---Notifies Team Lead of escalated issues in a timely manner. ---Checks work e-mail and other company communication channels daily.---Performs other duties as assigned. Must have:

• Previous customer service experience, retail or call center setting
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Achieved a HS diploma or higherLogistics and why you would want to work here!
  • Onsite in the Lombard area, Can earn remote work days based on performance
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
  • Offered great benefits including health, vision and dental, while on contract
  • Once permanent, there are health benefits + a riase up to $18.25/hr
