We are proud of our more than 80-year history, but it's our future that has us so excited!We have an excellent opportunity available for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in our Call Center.Responsibilities: Responsibilities include:* First point of contact with our customers.* Obtain key information from the customer while showing empathy, a sense of urgency, and confidence that we will solve their plumbing troubles.* Enter information obtained on the initial customer contact into our AS400.* Schedule service call based on customer's convenience.* Discuss additional services and products we have available.Requirements: Requirements include:* Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in a bustling environment* Excellent customer service skills* Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)* AS400 knowledge preferred* Call center experience a plusBenefits: At Roto-Rooter we believe that investing in our employees is the best investment we can make.
