Manual Welder About the Opportunity Join a skilled weld team
where you’ll work with a variety of metals and processes to produce
high?quality parts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
hands?on, detailed work and takes pride in clean, accurate welds.
You’ll work in a safe, well?organized shop with modern equipment
and a stable production schedule. What You’ll Do Interpret
blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Perform GMAW and TIG welding
on steel, stainless, and aluminum Build weldments using both
fixtures and manual layout Complete secondary finishing (grinding,
sanding) Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow quality
standards What You Bring Experience with welding equipment and
welding processes 2 years of welding experience preferred Ability
to read drawings and perform basic shop math Strong attention to
detail and communication skills Physical Requirements Stand and
walk for the full shift Lift 10–50 lbs. as required; carry up to 50
lbs. short distances Push/pull up to 50 lbs. Bend, reach, kneel,
climb, and operate foot?control machinery Maintain visual accuracy
and safe awareness in a fast?paced environment Work Environment
Factory setting with moving parts, fumes, and loud noise (PPE
provided) Occasional exposure to humidity, chemicals, or airborne
