Because we are a leader in the direct mail space, investing in technology and resources to facilitate innovative ideas, and we’re looking to add an Imaging & Bindery Shift Supervisor to our 2 nd shift team. Summary The Imaging & Bindery Shift Supervisor makes sure all imaging and bindery machines are running and oversees all production. Requirements Makes sure all Digital Presses and offline equipment are running at the highest capacity. Addresses any personnel or quality control issues. Ensures quality and production of all jobs. Responsible to give and receive a proper turnover to entering and exiting supervisor. Verifies all paperwork is completed and correct (i.e. production sheet, attendance, quality control write-ups, and write-ups during shift). Oversees the operation of all equipment that apply to job (i.e. roll machines, Bowes, folders, etc.). Supervises 10-15 employees and one (1) assistant, Gives direction to the training of new employees. Addresses complaints and resolves problems. Oversees the maintenance of all equipment. High School diploma or equivalent, overtime and weekend work required.
