Job Description:
Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a globally recognized
nonprofit organization committed to community partnership and
humanitarian aid, is seeking a skilled Lithographic Press Operator
to join our printing media team. This role focuses on operating and
maintaining lithographic printing presses within our production
facility. The candidate will be instrumental in the production of
high-quality printing materials that are used in various MCC
initiatives worldwide, helping to spread our message and support
our mission in relief and sustainable development. Set up and
operate lithographic printing presses to ensure high-quality print
production. Monitor machinery for optimum performance, conducting
adjustments as needed. Perform routine and preventive maintenance
on press equipment. Collaborate with the production team to meet
print job specifications and deadlines. Manage the inventory of
supplies, including ink and paper, ensuring materials are available
as needed. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work
environment. Proficient in operating complex printing equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and printing issues.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail
for producing high-quality print materials. Ability to work under
pressure and meet tight deadlines. Medical Insurance Dental

the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (GATF) is preferred but not
required.
