Job Description:
Strohwig Industries, a leader in high-precision machining,
tooling, and custom molding for the automotive and aerospace
industries, is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer IV to enhance
our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will leverage your
extensive experience and technical expertise to streamline our
production processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and
quality. This position requires a strategic thinker with a knack
for problem-solving and optimization. Analyze current production
techniques and workflows to identify inefficiencies. Develop and
implement process improvement strategies focused on automation,
technology integration, and advanced manufacturing practices. Lead
cross-functional teams in the design and execution of process
enhancements. Conduct statistical analysis to understand process
variability and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with the maintenance department to schedule preventative
maintenance and reduce machine downtime. Prepare detailed project
documentation, including process diagrams, budget estimates, and
performance reports. Mentor junior engineers and technicians,
providing training and guidance on best practices and company
procedures. Advanced knowledge of CAD software and engineering
tools. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical
analysis software. Expertise in automation technology and lean
manufacturing practices. Excellent project management and
leadership abilities. Ability to resolve complex manufacturing
issues through innovative problem-solving. Medical Insurance Dental

Sigma Black Belt preferred. PMP certification is advantageous.
