The firm represents mid-market businesses, financial institutions, professional service firms, and individuals in a wide range of sophisticated commercial disputes. Salary & Benefits Competitive base salary range of $145,000 - $195,000, depending on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Annual performance-based bonuses CLE and professional development support Hybrid work flexibility depending on caseload Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to the Illinois Bar 3 years of commercial litigation experience Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and courtroom appearances Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively within a litigation team Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients Experience with business torts, contract disputes, real estate litigation, or professional liability matters is a plus Responsibilities Represent clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including contract litigation, business torts, and shareholder or partnership conflicts Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and other litigation documents Conduct and manage fact and expert discovery, including depositions Develop case strategy and provide risk assessments and legal guidance to clients Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation Work closely with partners and associates on complex litigation matters Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely case management - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
