Job Description Job Description A Milwaukee-based manufacturing
company seeks a Bilingual HR Coordinator to support recruitment,
onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations for a diverse
production workforce. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment
and onboarding : screening, interviews, new hire paperwork, I?9s,
and orientations. Provide bilingual HR support to employees;
translate documents and interpret in meetings. Manage attendance,
HRIS updates, benefits support , and HR documentation. Support
safety processes: incident reporting, OSHA documentation, and
training coordination. Maintain accurate files, compliance records,
and communication across departments. Qualifications 2 years HR
experience (manufacturing preferred). Fluent in Spanish & English .
Experience with HRIS, onboarding, benefits, and employee support.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Pay:
$22 - $25/hr Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour Search managed
