About the Role: Assists Corporate HR Manager with all aspects of
human resources issuesResponsibilities:
Consults with operations management on human resource issues as it
relates to, compensation, training and development, disciplinary
actions and terminations.
Work in partnership with line managers on performance management,
employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development
Provides expert consultation to managers on performance management
including managing and tracking performance management actions
Work with managers to address employee issues and assist with
performance management.
Assists with the understanding and processing of human resource
policies and procedures.
Respond to routine HR inquiries
Responsible for maintaining employee files
Reviews tuition reimbursement request and submits for approval.
Responsible for setting up users with HR vendors.
Enters new hire data and employee life cycle changes into the human
resources information system and time tracking system.
Review and reconcile invoices received for HR and remit for
approval
Maintain and update all required forms dealing with but not limited
to employment & wage verifications, unemployment claims, and
subpoenas
Point of contact for Corporate and Business HR communication
Maintains confidentiality of all information
Assist with day-to-day HR operations
Assists with compliance, regulatory HR, Benefits and Payroll
issues.
Coordinates various HR process and procedures
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
Experience:
3 or more years of relevant human resource experience, including
recruiting, payroll, employee relations, compliance and shared
service required.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and
PowerPoint
Ability to read, understand, and interpret instructions, policies,
and procedures
Strong written and oral communication skills; strong presentation
skills
Skills and Knowledge Preferred: HRIS experience, ADP Enterprise,
Payroll processing, e-time experience, Knowledge of accruals and
PTO, Reporting, Analytical and investigative experience preferred.
Advanced Excel Skills, expose to Microsoft office suite, the
ability to multitask required.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to workday shifts on site when needed. Current hybrid
schedule subject to change.
Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped
with a telephone and computer.
The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting,
typing, or looking at a computer screen.
