Full-Time/Part-Time Exempt: Non-Exempt POSITION SUMMARY Our café
team is the heart of Colectivo Coffee. As a Café Co-Worker, you’ll
create welcoming moments, provide exceptional service, and maintain
a café environment people love returning to. This role blends
hospitality, food and beverage preparation, customer service, and
café upkeep. You’ll gain deep knowledge of the products,
experience, and quality standards that define our brand. WHAT
YOU’LL DO Create a warm, memorable café experience for every guest
Prepare coffee and specialty beverages to the highest company
standards Provide friendly, efficient service to our customers
Maintain a clean, organized café and properly care for equipment
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Grow your knowledge of
coffee, tea, and espresso products through hands-on training

6–12 months espresso preparation experience preferred Customer
service experience in a restaurant or retail setting A love for
hospitality rooted in human connection Wage includes an average tip
