Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting
opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) to work within a dynamic school setting in
Chicago, IL. This contract position involves delivering specialized
speech and language services to students, supporting their
communication development and academic success in a collaborative
educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students. Design
and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each
student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
school professionals to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state
regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to
support student development. Qualifications and Experience: Current
state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification of
Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working in a
school environment with children of diverse ages and abilities.
Strong knowledge of speech-language disorders and therapeutic
techniques. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
