Job Description:
TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a
travel nursing job in Chicago, Illinois. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Oncology - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13
weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type:
Travel Certs Required: BLS, ONS CHEMO/Immunotherapy. Experience
Required: 1 year of outpatient infusion/oncology. Chemo
administration, peripheral IV, Port-a-Cath and PICC line access
skills. Great assessment skills, comfortable recognizing adverse
reactions. Comfortable drawing blood from ports for labs. Accepts
first time travelers but would prefer someone who has traveled
before. Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Adults only, no peds.
Oncology patients, long term IVABX, injections, blood and platelet
infusions. Will be giving chemotherapy agents as well, so must be
