Qualifications: - Indiana licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
credential required - Experience working in school-based physical
therapy preferred Job Details: - Contract period: March 9, 2026, to
May 28, 2026 - Schedule: 4 hours per week, 1 day per week -
Caseload: Serving 0-100 students across K-12 age groups - Setting:
School environment Responsibilities: - Deliver physical therapy
services aligned with individualized education plans (IEPs) -
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare providers
to support student outcomes - Document treatment progress and
maintain accurate records - Participate in school meetings as
needed to discuss student needs and progress Benefits: - Highly
