Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
district in Kenosha, WI, is seeking 1-2 full-time Speech-Language
Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year. These
full-semester contract positions are based in an elementary school
setting, providing services to students ranging from Kindergarten
through 8th grade. The role begins around August 18th, with working
hours from 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in a one-building district.
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to
students with diverse communication needs within K-8 grade levels.
Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop and
implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor student
progress and maintain accurate documentation. Provide teletherapy
and in-person services as needed to meet student needs. Support
pediatric populations with a focus on speech and language
development. Adhere to district policies and professional
standards. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Certification and
licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with
pediatric populations in school settings. Knowledge of teletherapy
methods and best practices. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year
(CFY) preferred. Ability to manage a diverse caseload across K-8
grade levels. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
