Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Nurse to join our team. This role is central to delivering patient-focused care in our Direct Primary Care model, supporting physicians and ensuring seamless clinical operations. The position is Monday–Friday, daytime hours only—no nights, weekends, or holidays. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments, including vitals, health history, medications, and allergies. Provide direct patient care such as wound care, injections, immunizations, and diagnostic testing. Assist physicians with exams, procedures, and treatments. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up instructions. Administer medications and document care per established protocols. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinical standards. Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient clinic environment while following infection control protocols. Support patient flow and clinic operations for an outstanding patient experience. Collaborate with the care team across Solstice Health locations as needed. Qualifications Active RN license in Wisconsin. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (primary care, outpatient, or urgent care preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
