Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are looking for a talented
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the current
school year. Hourly Rate Range: $48.00 - $65.00 per hour
Responsibilities would include: Conduct comprehensive assessments
to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
tailored to each student's requirements. Provide direct therapy
services in individual, small group, and classroom settings.
Address challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice,
language comprehension and expression, and social communication.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to
support student development. Maintain accurate records of
assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress in compliance
with Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) and IDEA guidelines.
Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and provide
consultation as needed. Educate and support staff and parents on
strategies to enhance communication skills. Required
Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language
Pathology from an accredited program. Illinois Department of
Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) License. Illinois
State Board of Education (ISBE) Professional Educator License (PEL)
with a Speech-Language Pathologist Endorsement. Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred. Fingerprint
Clearance & Background Check required. Benefits: Competitive Pay:
