Registered Nurse (RN) | Neuro Location: Janesville, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,272 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg Orthopedics, Neurology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Current state RN license Certifications: NIHSS, CPR/BLS Must-Have: Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu Description: We are seeking experienced nurses. The candidates must have a current state RN license, NIHSS, and CPR/BLS certification. Registered Nurse must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu. Travel RN may be required to float to other units. This position will require every other weekend and holiday shifts. Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards of care, and state laws/practice acts. Documents according to standards of care. Develops, initiates, and executes a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient, as prescribed by a physician and/or hospital policy, including patient and family instruction. Participates in department or unit performance improvement activities, which may include shared governance. Utilizes clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments in support of the patient’s longitudinal plan of care. Utilizes critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience and appropriately escalates issues to the appropriate chain of command. Holiday coverage is required.
