Facility: This hospital is a well-established medical facility serving the Commerce Township area and surrounding communities. The hospital offers advanced diagnostic imaging services with state-of-the-art technology and a collaborative working environment that includes resident teaching opportunities. Opportunity: Physician (MD) - Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine - Vascular and Interventional Radiology Job Details: • Remote ED overnight coverage (11p-7a EST) needed for 2-3 weeks per month (minimum 7 shifts monthly) • Work with 2-3 residents overnight as the only attending radiologist • Average 80-120 ED cases per 8-hour shift • Resident teaching is required as part of the position • Case logs must be submitted with application • Clean malpractice history required with NPDB report (within 30 days) needed at time of application • Board certification required with active Michigan license • DEA waiver required (full DEA not needed for this position) • BLS certification not required for remote work • Estimated credentialing timeframe is 30 days • Position is available ASAP with ongoing need • Opportunity may lead to permanent placement (Locums-to-Perm) Compensation: Employed salary with benefits.
