day: 20-25 (all adults) Support Staff: Full office staff EMR:

Requirements: Active WI license and DEA BLS/CPR, DOT/NCRME
certificate Certificate of Insurance (Col) Responsibilities:
Diagnosing & treating work-related injuries Performing
pre-placement DOT Public safety and surveillance physical
examinations Outpatient procedures: Splinting, Suturing, Ability to
Read & Interpret X-rays, Ability to Diagnose Orthopedic Injuries,
No Casting, Anything Embedded in the Eye will be Referred Out DOT
and Pre-Employment Physicals & On-the-job Injuries
