Monday-Friday . Outpatient adults. RESPONSIBILITIES: *Physical Therapist will provide diagnostic, consultative and treatment services.Prefer Pelvic Health Certification. *Prefer 2 years experience. *Schedule : full time preferred Monday-Friday. No Weekends.2 locations. QUALIFICATIONS: *Physical Therapist as licensed by the Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation. *PT with 2 yrs experience and Pelvic Health Certification preferred. *Credentials to be completed prior to and upon hire.
