Overview:Location: Lombard & Naperville, IL. May be required to
travel to other locations.Department: Fracture Liaison ClinicHours:
Mon - Fri 7:30a - 5:00p, No evening or weekends!Good enough isnt

extraordinary?Responsible for providing efficient, effective,
quality customer service through a variety of duties including, but
not limited to, patient check-in, registration, scheduling, exam
preparation, outbound calling, and some referral management.
Complies with established company policies and procedures, HIPAA
Privacy Rules and Duly Health and Care Confidentiality Policy.
Ensures clear and timely communication including patient
appointment status to clinical departments. Assist in overall
department work that may include overflow from other specialty
departments and/or locationsResponsibilities:The Journeys and
Adventures that AwaitGreet patients and assist with registration,
scheduling, measuring vital signs and collecting health
historyProvide support to physicians during examinations, minor
office surgeries, dressing changes and other first aid
proceduresCertified medical assistants will assist with
immunizations or injections dailyAssist patients with prescription
requests, address pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, update
charting and filingConduct onsite lab testing to include: EKG,
pulmonary function, blood glucose and urine pregnancy
testsMaintains clean, warm and inviting examination rooms for
patient visitsProvide excellent customer service exemplifying Duly
Health and Care CARE valuesSome travel to assist other local
clinics may be requiredQualifications:The Experiences You BringHigh
school diploma or GED requiredCertification of Medical Assistant
educational program requiredCPR certification requiredMust be
comfortable with administering injectionsPrior experience working
as a CMA, atleast 1 year of prior experience working in a medical
