This position, located in Lombard, IL, processes membership inquiries, responds to and resolves customer inquiries received via telephone or written correspondence, and/or other administrative functions including data entry. This is long-term, (at least 6 months) full-time contract assignment, with flex hours 8-4:30, 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday. This is an onsite position in Lombard, IL; a western suburb of Chicago. Pay for this assignment is $19/hrIf you have any health/dental/disability Insurance customer service experience, you are encouraged to apply.
