This position is also eligible for a $10000.00 sign on bonus with 50% payable upon hire and 50% payable at 1year! You must be employed in the exact position at time of payout. Internal team members are not eligible for this sign on bonus at this time.Position Requirements: Graduate from an accredited school of nursingMinimum 2 years Medical/Surgical experienceCritical care experience a plusGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood documentation skillsGood problem solving skillsAbility to determine appropriate frequency of visitsCPRCurrent licensure in the State of Illinois as a registered nurseCRNI preferredExtensive travelling within geographical boundaries in all extremes of weather.Ability to transport patients is required of this position.Exposed to hazardous materials with respect to patient care.Exposed to widely varying social and environmental conditions in the patient's neighborhoods and homes.Should have some means of insured transportation.Involves high travel and large territory coverage.On-call responsibilities may be frequent.If position has direct patient care or direct patient contact the following lifting requirement supersedes any previous lifting requirement effective 06/01/2015. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance. For patient lifts of over 35 pounds or when patient is unable to assist with the lift patient handling equipment is expected to be used with at least one other associate when available. Unique patient lifting/movement situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.Purpose: The purpose of this position is to help achieve the vision of Advocate Home Health Services by performing the duties of this position in a cost effective results oriented and customer focused manner. This position is a critical component of the Infusion Nursing team and as such meeting individual performance expectations and contribution to team performance goals is critical
