• The CNA performs basic nursing procedures under the supervision and direction of the Registered Nurse, according to an individualized written patient care plan.
• They provide personal care as outlined by the service plan and agreed upon by the client, family, and the Clinical Supervisor including, but not limited to: bathing, toileting, dressing, personal care, meal preparation, feeding, grooming, laundry, cleaning, personal errands, etc. and may escort client to appointments.Qualifications:
  • Certification by Illinois Department of Public Health
  • High school diploma or evidence of GED completion
  • One year experience in acute/chronic patient care setting
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current Illinois Driver's License and proof of current auto insurance
