The Category Space Manager is key in advancing RedBull's Space Planning function and evolving our internal methodologies. In partnership with an assigned Category Space Analyst, this role supports strategic space initiatives across the U.S. market, focusing on driving internal alignment, efficiency, and long-term impact through data-driven decisions. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Category Development, Insights, Sales, I.T., and Field Teams to inform strategy and ensure seamless execution. The Category Space Manager is responsible for mentoring Analysts, building team capabilities, and contributing to improving tools and processes. Expertise in tools such as Circana, Excel, Power BI, JDA/Blue Yonder, and internal Shopper & Category insights is essential. The manager will leverage these resources to deliver reporting that enhances visibility, unlocks growth opportunities, and supports key planning cycles and business objectives.The responsibilities include:Areas that play to your strengths

• 2+ years' experience in product merchandising, space planning software, or related work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations
• Ability to integrate multiple tools to solve problems
• Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g., Circana, NITRO, Nielsen Answers CORE) preferred
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present internally and externally to retailers
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to identify new opportunities and improve processes
• Strong customer service skills; able to work with all organizational levels
• Customer or client-facing experience preferred
• CPG industry experience a plus
