• Respond to sales inquiries related to guest rooms, meeting space, F&B services, and other hotel offerings. Negotiate contracts and establish agreements with clients and vendors.
• Generate new sales, prospect leads, and qualify potential clients.
• Prepare proposals and contracts, providing information on meeting space, room rates, and availability for group bookings (1-25 rooms).
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and other scheduled discussions to support business operations.
• Conduct site inspections and tours for prospective clients, showcasing guest rooms, meeting spaces, and other facilities.
• Collaborate with operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery to accounts.*This position has an annual salary of $60,000.Qualifications--- Minimum of 1 year experience in the hotel industry.Preferred skills include:
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc).
