A company is looking for a Real Estate Strategy and Planning
Senior Director - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee staff functions, including recruitment, training,
performance evaluations, and daily activities management
Drive strategic operations for revenue growth, profitability, and
business development while ensuring compliance with regulations
Manage departmental financial evaluations and marketing collateral,
and direct the resolution of complex business problems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant
experience, or a combination of experience and education
Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance
management
Leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational
targets
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Expert organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
