The company delivers a complete array of enhanced revenue cycle management solutions to hospitals, health networks, and large multi-specialty physician practices including:* Coding Solutions* Accounts Receivable Management* Self-Pay Solutions* Business Process Outsourcing Solutions* Technology SolutionsPosition Specification:This role will support the finance group in driving business growth and improving profitability.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:* Sourcing Finance - Engage on new and renewal contracts with vendors across the organization to ensure the contracts are financially sound, on budget and pose a minimal or acceptable risk to the company, and coordinated to pool buying power. Support consolidated contract database. Drive the hand-off of contracts to the accounting team including but not limited to* Planning & Forecasting - Work with the Division Presidents and Operations to build more accurate forecasting and budgeting. Support businesses in understanding their levers to meet and exceed the budget. Work toward real-time, daily revenue flash visibility driven from daily collections matched with customer take rates. Utilize vendor spend knowledge to help with detailed forecasting of expenses that are fixed, semi-fixed, and variable to various inputs (select clients, revenue vs. claims, etc.).* Finance Manager or business partner to Operations. Goal to drive better business outcomes:* Develop and/or maintain customer profitability visibility* Support and maintain an understanding of the cost per claim* Drive projects to clean up and/or enhance low-profit customers* Support organization to financially validate workforce planning rhythms and tools.* Support business on Ad hoc analyses to evaluate the financial impact of reorganizations, changes in processes, customer requests for more support, etc.* Validate the financial benefit of planned Operational & IT projects such as Work Driver, Productivity, and Automation projects* Prepare operating metrics reports that help business unit leaders and executives to understand business performance, resources utilization/productivity, and client status/metrics* Identify key areas for proactive analytics that can have a high economic impact on the business* Strategic Finance Project Support - This includes but is not limited to Finance ERP consolidation and enhancements, M&A due diligence and integration, Data harmonization & data lake initiatives, Finance Power BI projects, and more.Desired Skills and Experience* B.S. in finance, accounting, business or equivalent* Minimum of 5 years FP&A or financial analysis experience* Superior Excel experience is required to run the company's full operating model* Strong PowerPoint and reporting deck creation skills* Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with rapidly changing business priorities* Strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with business and financial acumen* Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts with the ability to turn financial information into business and operational takeaways.* Strong work ethic* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.* Solid organizational and planning skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Comfortable working as part of a team across businesses, functions, and regionsCoronis Health is an equal-opportunity employer.
