Forum Financial Management, LP is a rapidly growing Registered
Investment Advisory Firm (RIA) that has over 7 billion AUM. Forum

candidate to join our management team. The primary responsibilities
will be managing the accounting functions of the business and
overseeing capital assets while ensuring the organization's goals
are being met.This individual will be responsible for:Job
Responsibilities & ActivitiesGeneral Accounting:Generates monthly
and quarterly reports including cash flow report, income statement
and balance sheetPresent these reports to the partnership
semi-annually and answer individual partner offices questions to
help all partners better understand of the financial health of the
businessEnsures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll,
wage, and hour laws and best practices in conjunction with our
outsourced payroll serviceOversee the quarterly reconciliation
process for partner capital accounts and answer questions regarding
these calculationsFormulate and maintain the firm's budget and
forecast cash on a quarterly basisCreate and maintain a series of
financial controls and procedures for the accounting
departmentProvides support in the quarterly reconciliation
processConducts performance evaluations that are timely and
constructiveStrong understanding of partnership accounting and
being able to manage multiple entitiesMaintain relationships with
banksOversees and takes responsibility for all financial procedures
and recordsTax AccountingMaintains a working knowledge of tax rules
and regulations to provide recommendations and guidance for our
partnership and management teamProvides recommendations to our
partners and management team to maximize tax efficiency based on
our structureSupporting new partners in navigating their options
for tax-related itemsLeadership and StrategySupervises and manages
the accounting department's assignments and prioritiesInvolved in
short- & long-term strategic planning and projections to enable
sustainable growth for the firm.Develop new internal financial
reporting systems and financial KPIs to help partners understand
the real-time health of the business- including cost account and
analysis.Required Skills/Abilities:Thorough understanding of
budgetary and accounting principles, practices, and
policiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Skilled
in Excel, as well as budget creation and analysis
software.Excellent managerial skills.Experience dealing with
complex accounting and finance situationsProactive decision
makingExcellent organizational skills and attention to
detailEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in accounting,
Economics, or Finance, with a minimum of 10 years of experience; OR
a relevant master's degree with 5 years of experienceCPA or 10+
years of experience in a senior leadership role in a complex
