Apply Now The Senior Director ofStrategy and Innovation role,
reporting to the Transdev Alternative Services (TAS) top business
unit leader (COO), is responsible to lead, plan, oversee and
coordinate the expansion of TAS toward the achievement of
established objectives. Responsible for the expansion strategy and
deployment, in collaboration with the COO and Senior Director of
Operations, and the Data and Product team strategy and deployment
for Transdev Alternative Services (TAS) division. The successful
candidate works effectively in a collaborative team environment,
possesses attention to detail, a focus on quality, high energy, and
flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic
business.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Work in a team
environment, possess strong attention to detail, a focus on
quality, high energy, and flexibility in a fast-paced division of
growthResponsible for the new market expansion playbook, ensuring
streamlined, standardized and efficient roll out of new
markets.Manages the senior leadership team who help support growth
of the division: Forecasting, Training, Infrastructure.Manages TAS
Data & Product teamEnsure the Product roadmap aligns with business
priorities and strategyResponsible for quality of the delivery and
adequation with user needs, as well as proper allocation of
resources to ensure maximum ROI.Participate in monthly, quarterly
and annual planning, working closely with TAS senior leadership
team and client stakeholders to understand business goals and
prioritiesPrepare presentations and follow up action plans to help
drive forward strategic initiatives; and report results to
stakeholders internally and externally on key milestonesParticipate
and help prepare for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review
meetings, whereby managing reviews in alignment with priorities and
KPIs of clientTogether with COO, share responsibility for special
projects and client negotiations for service expansion, and tasks
associated with managing overall TAS budgetWork with senior
leadership team to enforce and adhere to all policies, standards
and processes - including Transdev internal policies, client
standards, and local/state/federal laws and regulationsServe as a
liaison across all Transdev support services/corporate staff; as
well as with TAS and client contactsAbility to exercise autonomy in
anticipating a diverse range of complex issues and troubleshooting
as they arise - could include financial modeling, personnel issues,
regulatory issues, staffing/forecasting, safety, technology, data
analyasis, etc.Must manage with a high degree of confidentiality
and use discretion when disseminating information on client
projects/forecasting/future plansProvide innovative and strategic
thinking that ultimately leads to increased service levels and
profitable division within TransdevSupport the design and execution
of change management programsIdentify opportunities to improve
efficiency and drive continuous improvement, always with safety as
top priorityMonitor the competitive landscape and attend industry
events to stay abreast of new initiatives and ways to stay
aheadDevelop leaders within the company and set them on a path for
advancement and higher impactResponsible for engaging in and
promoting safe work behaviors in a manner consistent with all
safety guidelines.Organize, direct, and control operational
activities to achieve specified cost and revenue objectives and
ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contract
specifications.Identify or propose development and contract
expansion opportunities including positioning, strategy
development, pricing/costing, and negotiations.Evaluate performance
of the managed senior leadership team members for compliance with
established policies and objectives of the company and in attaining
objectives.Perform other related duties as required and
assignedQualificationsEducation, Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Required :Experience: 5 years of relevant senior operations
management experience, consulting, transportation management, or
technology experience preferred with the ability to create and
manage large and complex projectsSpecific subject matter expertise
regarding transformation, governance and program management
disciplines and a sound business understanding of the
transportation industry preferredTrack record of managing internal
relationships and demonstrated experience in leading sustained
change and change management effortsDemonstrated ability to think
strategically, analytically, and creatively problem
solveWell-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage
at a variety of levelsArticulate and effective communicator, both
orally and in writingStrong interpersonal skills, with evidence of
working in collaboration across large organizationsAdvanced skills
in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint a must; experience withGSuite
products preferredBachelors Degree requiredSenior-level leadership
of P&L/Ops Mgrs/GMs preferred.This position will require 40%
