Description Primary Purpose Assembler II position performs manual
labor along all stations on the production line, meets labor rates
and quality control with minimal supervision. Essential Function
and Responsibilities Produces components by assembling parts and
subassemblies Operate production line equipment and hand/power
tools efficiently at all workstations to assemble components. Meets
standard labor rates while maintaining quality standards. Completes
tasks directed by Plant Manager with minimal supervision.
Communicate & flex with co-workers to meet production goals.
Complete daily labor sheets and required production documentation.
Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
and follows safety regulations daily. Follows technical and verbal
assembly instructions. May perform other duties as required and/or
assigned. Qualifications The requirements listed below are
representative of the knowledge, skills, physical demands and/or
ability required for this position to successfully perform the

essential functions. Education and/or Experience: High School
Diploma or equivalent Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
Able to build to print at quality level Manual dexterity required
for using various tools and operating machinery Mechanical and
electrical skills (2-3 years) Ability to read bill of materials and
product work instructions Physical Demands and Working Environment:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Exposure to moving mechanical parts
