Job Description Job Description Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems within a dynamic stamping and welded assembly plant. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems. Dismantle defective machines and equipment, and install new or repaired parts. Install and repair electrical apparatus up to 400 VAC and 800 amps, including transformers, wiring, and electrical and electronic components. Repair automated machinery and equipment, specifically Fanuc robots. Essential Skills Experience with Fanuc robot troubleshooting. Proficiency in robotics and industrial maintenance. Strong understanding of electrical systems and automation. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and Allen-Bradley equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with robotic spot welding. Ability to touch up robot points and move spot welds. Understanding of IO (inputs/outputs) and ability to home robots. Extensive experience with robots, particularly Fanuc (95%). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
