Exciting job opportunity with a global quantitative trading firm, for an Endpoint Engineer to join the Tech Ops team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage endpoint security and user experience for a world-class financial technology organization.

In this role, you'll be the front line of defense for our global endpoint environment while ensuring a seamless user experience. Working from our centrally located Chicago headquarters, you'll have the chance to implement cutting-edge security practices and support technologies that enable theteam to execute at the highest level. This position combines technical depth with customer service excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience managing Windows 11 and Mac endpoints in enterprise environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, including Conditional Access policies
• Experience with endpoint management suites (Intune, JAMF)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and OneDrive
• Experience with endpoint protection solutions such as Defender
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skillsDesired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in financial services or high-security environments
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and automation
  • Experience with Power Automate
  • Advanced security certifications
