Bathing Brands Inc., a rapidly expanding business specializing
in Steam, Sauna, and Bathing products, is seeking a passionate,
detail-oriented, and motivated Full Stack Drupal Engineer to join
our powerful team. This role is crucial in developing and
maintaining our cutting-edge e-commerce multi-domain platform,
ensuring peak performance and scalability to meet the evolving
needs of our company and our customers. Our ideal candidate will
have 5-10 years of experience in Drupal development, with a strong
focus on e-commerce solutions, performance, security, and
scalability.Please note: this position is fully remote, however we
are only hiring residents from Illinois or Wisconsin.What we need
you to do extremely well
- Design, develop, and maintain a robust Drupal-based e-commerce
platform
- Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and
reliability to handle increasing traffic and transaction
volumes
- Implement custom modules and integrate third-party services to
enhance functionality and user experience
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver
high-quality solutions
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and
adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development
processes and technical infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely
manner
- Stay up to date with the latest Drupal developments, e-commerce
trends, and emerging technologiesSkills and Experience You'll Need
- 5-10 years of full stack Drupal development experience, with a
proven track record of successful project deliveries
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or
a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining
large-scale e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of web security principles and best
practices
- Experience with performance optimization techniques for both
front-end and back-end systems
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project
management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
fast-paced environment
- Continuous learner with a passion for staying current with
emerging technologies and industry trends
- Drupal community participation
- Contributing to the Drupal open source community through code
reviews, writing code for core or contributed modules, reporting
bugs or issues, etc.
- Effective time and task management to meet tight deadlines
while maintaining high-quality outputIt would be great if you

- Extensive experience with Drupal (versions 6-10), including
site building, configuration, migrations, module upgrades, custom
module development, and overall best practices for Drupal
development
- Strong PHP skills, with a focus on object-oriented programming
and modern PHP practices
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3,
and JavaScript (vanilla JS and modern frameworks)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, for efficient database design
and optimization
- Proficiency in version control using Git, including branching
strategies and collaborative workflows
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for
creating inclusive web experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex
issues across the full stack
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for
effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Process-Minded & Detail-Oriented: you sweat the small stuff as
it pertains to your and the company's growth
- Strong work ethic, a drive for success and proactive
attitude
- Extensive experience with Linux
- Familiarity with Decoupled Drupal (or relevant headless
commerce experience)
- A strong understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life
Cycle)
