Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A full-time Special Education Teacher position is
available for the 2025-2026 school year, focusing on middle school
mathematics for grades 6 through 8 in a K-12 school setting located
in Cicero, IL. This contract role requires an educator skilled in
delivering specialized math instruction to support students with
special education needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver effective
math instruction tailored to students in grades 6-8 within a
special education setting. Manage a full caseload of students
requiring individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with
school staff to ensure compliance with district and state
educational standards. Maintain detailed records of student
progress and participate in IEP meetings. Provide support within
the onsite middle school environment. Qualifications: Hold a valid
professional teaching license appropriate for Special Education and
middle school mathematics in Illinois. Proven experience working
with K-12 students in a special education capacity, preferably in
math instruction. Familiarity with district or state-specific
educational requirements and special education protocols. Strong
communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with
educators, parents, and administrators. Working Hours & Location:
Full-time position scheduled for the 2025-2026 school year.
Position is onsite at the designated middle school in Cicero, IL.
