Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
specialized speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school
setting, supporting students with diverse communication needs. This
role involves working onsite for approximately 35 hours per week
throughout a 26-27 week school year contract in South Bend, IN. Key
Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver individualized speech-language
therapy addressing assistive technology, augmentative
communication, social language skills, articulation, voice,
oral-motor function, feeding, and receptive/expressive language
development delays. - Conduct diagnostic and evaluation testing as
required. - Prepare detailed, clear, and insightful reports based
on student assessments and observations. - Support students aged 2
to 22 with moderate to severe disabilities. - Develop, implement,
and maintain Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives. -
Collaborate and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and
team members to track and support student progress. Qualifications:
- Current or eligible for an Indiana Professional License (IPLA)
and a teaching license from the Department of Education (IDOE). -
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language
Pathologist preferred. - Strong communication skills with an
ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. -
Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving skills in dynamic
