Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A Special Education Teacher position is available in
Waukegan, IL, dedicated to supporting students with diverse
learning needs. This role focuses on delivering tailored

Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. Utilize a variety of
instructional strategies to meet the unique learning styles of each
student. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and
support staff to ensure integrated student support. Monitor and
document student progress, adjusting instruction as necessary.
Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that
encourages student engagement and social skills development.
Desired Experience and Qualifications: Valid special education
teaching certification. Experience working with students with
diverse disabilities. Strong understanding of federal and state
special education laws and regulations. Excellent communication and
collaboration skills. Ability to create inclusive, adaptive
